Can the AI answer Instagram DMs?
Instagram Direct has its own inbox in Fliok, and the AI assistant you use on WhatsApp can answer there too. It replies in plain text while Instagram’s 24-hour window is open, follows the same switches (the workspace AI switch, each chat’s own switch and your AI hours), hands the chat to your team when someone asks for a person, and is paid per reply from the same AI wallet. Your team can reply with text or a photo. Chatbot flows and auto replies are WhatsApp only for now, and Instagram is in early access.
