Reply to Instagram messages

In this video, you'll answer Instagram direct messages from Fliok. Messages sent to your Instagram account land here, in the Instagram inbox. It works just like your WhatsApp inbox. Click a chat to open it. Ananya wants a truffle cake with a name on it. Type your reply at the bottom, and press Enter. It goes out from your Instagram account. When Ananya reads it, the ticks turn blue. Under the name, Fliok shows how long you can reply. Instagram allows 24 hours after the customer's last message.
