Every plan, Free included, and our team sets it up with you. A product message is an ordinary reply: it can only be sent inside the customer’s 24-hour window and counts toward your plan’s monthly allowance of outgoing messages.
Not yet, and Fliok says so before you try: product messages work on API-only numbers, and Meta doesn’t allow them yet on a number you also use in the WhatsApp Business app. Customers can still send carts from the catalog they see there, and those orders arrive in the inbox.
One product, a list of several (Meta allows up to 30, with a heading), or the whole catalog. The customer browses inside WhatsApp, fills a cart and sends it to you.
The cart arrives in the chat as an order with each item, its quantity and price, and the total. To take the payment there too, send a WhatsApp Pay request (Basic and above, India): the customer pays inside WhatsApp into your own Razorpay or PayU account.
No. Each product can link to your own product page or, if you leave the link blank, to a simple Fliok product page with a WhatsApp chat button.
