Fliok Copilot: Ask for it in plain words. Approve before it acts.
Press ⌘J (Ctrl+J on Windows) anywhere in Fliok and ask in plain words: how many chats are waiting, what a lead said last, roughly what Meta will bill you for WhatsApp this month, or to create a task, send a payment request or schedule a broadcast. Copilot looks things up on its own and shows you a card for every change or send, so nothing happens until you approve it.

Ask and approve
It looks things up, then asks before it acts
Ask a question and Copilot reads what it needs: your chats, leads, tasks, templates, campaigns and payment requests. Ask for something to be done and it shows a card with exactly what will happen, written by Fliok from the real request. Approve it and it runs; deny it and nothing changes.
- A card for every change or send
- Each card works once and expires after 10 minutes
- Riskier actions need “delete” typed first

Instagram, WhatsApp Pay and billing
Beyond the WhatsApp inbox
Where Instagram is on for your workspace (it is in early access), Copilot reads your DMs, comments, posts, insights and Instagram ads, and once you approve it replies to a DM or a comment, hides a comment, or schedules a post your team drafted. It sends WhatsApp Pay requests in a WhatsApp chat, and tells owners and admins roughly what Meta will bill for WhatsApp this month.
- Instagram replies only inside the 24-hour window
- Never deletes on Instagram, never creates or publishes ads
- Reads Meta’s WhatsApp charges, never changes billing
- Read the Instagram comments that need a reply
- Found @rahul_m’s comment on the festive edit carousel
Reply in public to @rahul_m: “Yes, we deliver to Bangalore 😊 Send us a DM with your pin code.”
Their comment: “Do you ship to Bangalore?”
Everyone who can see the post can read this reply.
Inside your workspace
Your role, your plan, your workspace
Copilot acts as you, through the same checks as the dashboard: what your role allows, what your plan includes, and only the workspace you have open. Your Copilot conversations are private to you, and each approved action is written to the audit log.
- Owner, admin, agent and viewer roles respected
- Never changes billing, the AI wallet or API keys
- Cannot delete contacts, leads or messages
Product pieces are drawn with the dashboard's own components and show sample data.

Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about Fliok Copilot. Anything else, ask us.
Look things up across your workspace and do everyday work for you. It can count the chats waiting for a reply, read a conversation, find a lead or a task, check your plan usage and see a lead’s payment requests; and, with your approval, create tasks, leads and contacts, assign or resolve chats, add notes, create and submit templates, set up or schedule broadcasts, send a message, a template or a WhatsApp Pay request, and switch auto replies, automations, bots or the AI on or off. Where Instagram is on for your workspace, it works there too.
No. Looking things up happens on its own; anything that changes or sends something becomes a card showing exactly what will happen, written by Fliok from the actual request rather than in the AI’s own words. Nothing happens until you approve it. A card works once and expires after 10 minutes, and riskier actions, such as blocking a contact or switching off the AI, ask you to type “delete” first.
It reads your Instagram DMs, your posts and what is scheduled, comments and @mentions, the account’s insights, what your team and the AI did on Instagram in Fliok, and the Instagram ads made in Fliok. With your approval it can reply to a DM while Instagram’s 24-hour window is open, reply in public to a comment, hide a comment or show it again, and schedule or cancel a post someone drafted in Fliok (scheduling needs an admin or the owner, as on the Posts page). It does not write new posts, upload photos, delete anything on Instagram, or create, publish or pause an ad. Instagram itself is in early access. Available to early-access workspaces while Meta completes its review of our app.
Yes, once WhatsApp Pay is set up for your workspace. Ask it to request payment in a WhatsApp chat and it shows a card with each item, the total and how long the customer has to pay; when you approve, the request goes out like one sent from the inbox. As with any reply, it can only be sent inside the customer’s 24-hour window, and never in an Instagram chat. Copilot can also tell you which payment requests a lead has and whether each one is paid.
Owners and admins can ask, for example, “how much do I owe Meta this month?”. Copilot reads the WhatsApp charges in Plan & billing: an estimate of this month’s Meta charges from the 1st to today by category, last month’s total, and whether Meta has reported a missing payment method. Meta bills your card directly; to add or change the card, Copilot points you to Plan & billing, which opens Meta’s billing page.
No. It works only inside the workspace you have open, with your own permissions: the same role checks and plan limits apply as if you had clicked yourself, so it cannot schedule a broadcast on a plan without broadcasts, for example. Your conversations with Copilot are private to you.
It never changes billing: your plan and its payments, the AI wallet and the card Meta charges are yours to change, as are API keys and your sign-in and security settings. It never deletes contacts, leads or messages, never deletes anything on Instagram, and never creates, publishes or pauses an ad.
Every plan, Free included. How many messages each person can send Copilot in a day depends on the plan.
Yes. Each approved action is written to the workspace’s audit log as done through Copilot, with what was asked and what happened. The audit log is viewable on Pro and above.
