Setup
Connect the WordPress plugin in 3 steps
- 1In Fliok
Download the plugin
Settings → Integrations → WordPress plugin → Download plugin. It is a .zip file; do not unzip it.

Upload and activate
Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin → choose the file → Install Now → Activate.
- 3In WordPress
Connect to Fliok
Settings → Fliok → Connect to Fliok. On the page that opens, pick your workspace and approve.
- How it connects

Good to know
- The chat button works on every plan. Form leads and order messages need Basic or above.
- Only a form entry with a phone number that can be a WhatsApp number is sent.
- Order messages use your own approved templates; Meta’s per-message charges apply.
- Cart reminders go only to shoppers who ticked the WhatsApp box at checkout, never after 24 hours.
- The button needs a WhatsApp number connected to Fliok.
In Fliok: Settings → Integrations → WordPress plugin → Download plugin. Upload the .zip file in WordPress under Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, then activate it and press Connect to Fliok.
Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Elementor Pro forms, Fluent Forms, Ninja Forms, Formidable Forms, Forminator, JetFormBuilder, Everest Forms, MetForm, Kadence Forms and WS Form. Only entries with a phone number become leads, and a number already in your CRM is updated, not added twice.
No. Press Connect to Fliok in the plugin, pick your workspace and approve. If your host blocks that step, an admin can make a connection key in Fliok and paste it into WordPress → Settings → Fliok.
The button is drawn by the plugin from a copy it keeps, so your pages do not wait for Fliok, and the button keeps working if Fliok cannot be reached.
The chat button works on every plan, Free included. Form leads and WooCommerce order messages are part of Automation & CRM: Basic or above.
The website button is a snippet you paste into any site. The plugin is for WordPress only and does more: it sets the button up for you, sends your forms in as leads and connects WooCommerce.
