WhatsApp order updates for your WooCommerce store

Fliok’s WooCommerce integration sends the approved WhatsApp template you choose when an order is placed, paid, completed or cancelled, and asks cash-on-delivery customers to confirm their order. You connect it with a read-only REST API key and a signed webhook, on the Basic plan and above.

What it does

What the WooCommerce integration does

  • Order messages

    A new order, an order moving to Processing (paid), to Completed (shipped) or to Cancelled each send the approved template you pick, with the customer’s name, the order number and the total.

  • Cash-on-delivery confirmation

    For COD orders, a confirmation template with Yes and No buttons replaces the “order placed” message. Replies within 72 hours are saved on the contact, and a “no” alerts your team.

  • Contacts and payments

    Each order creates or updates the customer as a contact, and a paid order is recorded as a payment on their lead in the CRM.

Setup

Connect WooCommerce in 4 steps

  1. 01

    Create a REST API key

    In WordPress: WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API → Add key, with Read permission. Copy the consumer key and secret.
  2. 02

    Connect in Fliok

    In Fliok, open Integrations in Settings, choose WooCommerce and paste the key and secret. Fliok checks them against your store and stores them encrypted.
  3. 03

    Add the webhook

    Paste the delivery URL and secret Fliok shows into your store’s webhook settings, for order created and order updated.
  4. 04

    Pick your templates

    Choose an approved template for each order event, and one for COD confirmation if you take cash on delivery.

  • Abandoned-cart reminders are available for Shopify only, not WooCommerce.
  • Messages are approved WhatsApp templates, sent from your workspace’s first connected number.
  • Opted-out contacts never receive these messages, and Meta’s per-message charges apply as for any template.
  • The key needs Read permission only; Fliok does not change your store.
  • On the Free plan, orders still create contacts and payments, but no messages are sent until you upgrade.
