Good to know
- Only approved templates, sent from your first connected number.
- The cart reminder template needs a link button whose URL ends in {{1}}.
- Opted-out contacts are skipped; Meta’s per-message charges apply.
- On Free, orders still create contacts and payments, but no messages are sent.
