- Bookings a month, Basic / Pro
- 500 / 2,500
- For a chat, your bio or a QR at the counter
- One link
- Each time is checked again as it is booked

- Customers choose who, or anyone available
- An advance that holds the slot, paid to you

What your customer sees
A booking page that carries your name
Your logo, your services and only the times that are really free, in your own time zone. A few short steps, no app and no sign-in.
- Name and WhatsApp number; email is optional
- Share it as a link, or print its QR code
- Says so plainly when you are not taking bookings
An advance to hold the slot
A booked time is a time someone turns up for
Ask for an advance when a customer books. The time is kept for them for 15 minutes while they pay, and goes back on offer by itself if they do not.
- Paid straight to you: your own gateway or your UPI ID
- The customer reads your cancellation policy before paying
- A fixed amount or a share of the price, service by service
You get this advance back if you cancel at least 24 hours before your booking. After that, or if you do not come, it is not refundable.
Your business will check the payment and confirm your booking.
People who take bookings
A calendar for each person, room or chair
Add up to 50 people or resources, each with their own hours, time off and services. Customers choose who, or anyone available.
- Each person takes one customer at a time
- Anyone available goes to whoever has the fewest bookings that day
- Time off never cancels a booking; it lists the ones to move
No double-booking
A time is offered only while a place is free
Each time is checked again at the moment it is booked, one booking at a time. The second person is asked to pick another.
- Hours with breaks, closed dates, notice and gaps
- Serve one customer at a time, or several
- Your team can book outside hours, never past capacity
What needs a person
Payments to check and refunds to make, in one list
A UPI payment is confirmed by your team, and a refund is sent by you. The Bookings page lists both until someone has done them.
- Money arrived, or No money came, in one tap
- Refund to make: send it your own way, then mark it done
- With Invoices on, each advance goes into your books
These customers say they have paid their advance. Check that the money arrived, then say so.
Fliok does not send refunds. Send it yourself, then mark it here.
Manage my booking
Customers move or cancel it themselves
Every confirmation and reminder has a Manage booking button. It works until the booking starts; the link closes 30 days after the visit.
- Your team is told when a customer books, moves or cancels
- A cancelled time is free for someone else
- Add to calendar, on the page and in the email
Your day
Each person’s day and week, on one calendar
This week lists who is coming and asks how each visit went once its time has passed. The Calendar tab shows a day or a week, for everyone or one person.
- Add a walk-in with only a name
- Mark a visit completed or a no-show
- Start a booking from a lead with Book
Reviews
Ask how it went, once, the morning after
Switch it on and each customer gets one message after their visit, at most once in 30 days. They answer on a short page with a rating and a comment.
- Everyone who answers sees your public review page
- A low rating also reaches your team privately
- Fliok never writes, posts or filters a review
Thank you — your answer has been recorded.
You rated this 4 out of 5 (Good).
If you would like to, you can also share your experience of Your business publicly. What you write there is up to you.

Getting started
Up and running in five steps
- 01
Switch it on
An admin switches on Bookings in Settings, Integrations. Your page gets an address from your business name.
- 02
Say what can be booked
Add a service with its length, check your working hours, and add the people who take bookings if you have more than one.
- 03
Share the link
Send it in a chat, put it in your bio, or print the QR code for your counter.
- 04
Customers pick a time
They choose a service, who it is with and a free time, pay the advance if you ask for one, and get the confirmation.
- 05
Reminders go by themselves
By default 1 day before and 1 hour before. Customers can move or cancel from the same message.

What it costs
Part of your plan, not an add-on
Bookings is part of Basic, Pro and Enterprise, with a monthly fair-use limit. It is not on Free.
| Each month | Basic | Pro | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bookings madeBy customers or by your team; a moved booking is not counted again | 500 | 2,500 | Unlimited |
| Customer emailsOne per address; shared with Invoices & receipts | 1,000 | 5,000 | 25,000 |
- Meta bills each WhatsApp message to your own WhatsApp Business account at its own rates; Fliok adds no markup.
- Every booking message, from the confirmation to the request for an advance, goes as a utility message.
- Each WhatsApp message also counts toward your plan’s monthly message allowance.
- An advance is paid straight to you: your own payment gateway or your UPI ID. It never passes through Fliok.
- On Basic, customer pages carry “Powered by Fliok” and emails “Sent with Fliok”. Pro and Enterprise carry neither.
Said plainly
What it doesn’t do
It takes bookings, holds the slot and reminds people to come. These are not part of it.
- Sending refundsFliok records that a refund is owed and that you sent it. The money is sent by you, your own way.
- Checking a UPI payment by itselfA payment through your own gateway confirms itself. A payment to your UPI ID is confirmed by a person on your team.
- Google Calendar syncNo sync with any calendar. Confirmation emails carry a calendar file, and the page has an Add to calendar button.
- Booking inside the chatCustomers book on your booking page. WhatsApp carries the confirmation, the reminders and the Manage booking button.
- Classes, waitlists and repeat bookingsNo seat counts per class, no waiting list and no weekly repeats. Each booking is one visit with one person.
- A person and a room togetherA booking is with one person or one resource. It cannot hold a stylist and a chair for the same visit.
- Billing the rest by itselfThe booking shows what is left to pay at the visit. The bill for the visit is one you make in Invoices & receipts.
- Reviews written or filteredFliok asks and records the answer. It never writes or posts a review, offers anything for one, or hides your public review link from a customer who rated low.
- Messages in other languagesThe WhatsApp messages are in English, with fixed wording. You can reword the subject and first line of each email.
On your booking page, which opens from a link or a QR code: they pick a service, who it is with if you have set your people up, a day and a free time, then give their name and WhatsApp number (email is optional). There is no approval step and no app to install. The booking itself happens on that page, not inside the WhatsApp chat; WhatsApp carries the confirmation and the reminders.
No. A time is shown only while a place is free, and it is checked again at the moment of booking, one booking at a time: if two people press Confirm on the last place, the second is asked to pick another time. Each person you set up takes one customer at a time; for services on the shared calendar, “Customers at the same time” says how many you can serve at once, from 1 to 50. Your team can add a booking outside working hours, but never onto a time that is already full.
Yes, if you switch it on: a fixed amount or a share of the service’s price, for every service or one by one. The customer pays you directly, through your own payment gateway or to your UPI ID, and nothing passes through Fliok. The time is kept for them for 15 minutes on the booking page (24 hours when your team asks) and goes back on offer by itself if the advance does not come. A UPI payment is confirmed by your team: the customer taps I’ve paid, and you check that the money arrived.
The customer reads your cancellation policy before paying. On a new calendar it says: “You get this advance back if you cancel at least 24 hours before your booking. After that, or if you do not come, it is not refundable.” You can change the time limit or make the advance not refundable. A cancellation that is owed a refund shows as Refund to make: you send the money back your own way and mark it done, because Fliok never sends a refund. If you cancel the booking yourself, the advance is always owed back.
Yes. Add the people who take bookings (or a room, a chair, a court), up to 50, each with their own hours, time off and the services they do. The booking page then asks Choose who, with Anyone available as one of the choices; that booking goes to whoever is free with the fewest bookings that day. Nobody is booked twice, and the Calendar tab shows each person’s day and week. With nobody added, your bookings share one calendar.
Yes. Every confirmation and reminder has a Manage booking button: the customer can move the booking to another free time or cancel it, any time before it starts, and your team is told. A new time follows the same rules as a new booking. The link stops working 30 days after the booking ends.
A confirmation, reminders (1 day before and 1 hour before by default, up to 4 of your choosing), and a message when a booking is moved or cancelled while it is still ahead; where you ask for an advance, also the request to pay it and what became of it. They go from your own WhatsApp number and by email, and the emails for a booking, a move and a cancellation carry a calendar file. A reply on WhatsApp lands in your inbox. The WhatsApp wording is fixed and in English; you can reword each email’s subject and first line.
Yes, if you switch it on: one message after a booking is marked completed (the next morning unless you change it), at most once per customer in 30 days. The customer gives a rating from 1 to 5 and a comment on a short page. Everyone who answers is shown your public review page if you set one, whatever they rated; a low rating (3 or lower, unless you change it) also reaches your team privately. Fliok asks and records the answer. It never writes or posts a review, offers anything for one, or hides your public review link from a customer who rated low.
Yes, on Pro and above. A signed webhook tells your own server, or a tool such as Zapier, Make or Pabbly, when a booking is made, moved, cancelled, completed or marked a no-show, and when a review is received. A booking that asks for an advance is told once it is confirmed, not while its time is only held. Fliok is not listed in those tools’ app directories, so you use their own webhook and request steps, and the API docs have a guide for each.
No, there is no sync with Google Calendar or any other calendar. Customers can add the booking to their own calendar from the calendar file in the email or the Add to calendar button, and your team works from the Bookings page and its Calendar tab.
Nothing extra: it is part of Basic, Pro and Enterprise, and not on Free. You can take 500 on Basic, 2,500 on Pro and unlimited on Enterprise bookings a month, counting those your team adds and those later cancelled; moving a booking does not count again. Customer emails are limited to 1,000 on Basic, 5,000 on Pro and 25,000 on Enterprise a month, shared with Invoices & receipts. Meta bills each WhatsApp message to your own WhatsApp Business account at its own rates; Fliok adds no markup. Every booking message, from the confirmation to the request for an advance, goes as a utility message.
Customers see only the times your rules allow: inside your working hours, not on a closed date, with the notice you ask for (2 hours on a new calendar) and no further ahead than you allow (60 days). A day with nothing free is greyed out. If Bookings is switched off, or the month’s bookings are used up, the page says you are not taking bookings online and shows how to reach you.
