WhatsApp Pay integration
WhatsApp Pay, set up in two places
With WhatsApp Pay your team sends a payment request inside the WhatsApp chat, and the customer pays by UPI, card, netbanking or wallet without leaving WhatsApp. You link your own Razorpay or PayU account to your WhatsApp Business account in WhatsApp Manager, then add that payment configuration in Fliok. For businesses in India, in rupees, on the Basic plan and above.

What it does
What the WhatsApp Pay integration does
Payment requests in the chat
Tap Request payment in a WhatsApp chat (next to Products) or use a lead’s Payment button. Add up to 10 items from your catalog or typed in, with tax, shipping or a discount, and choose how long the customer has to pay: 1 hour, 24 hours, 3 or 7 days, or no expiry.
Paid inside WhatsApp
The customer taps Review and pay and pays by UPI, card, netbanking or wallet, straight into your Razorpay or PayU account. Fliok never holds the money or your gateway keys.
Status back to the chat
Meta reports each payment to Fliok, and the request in the chat shows Awaiting payment, Paid, Payment failed, Cancelled or Expired. Check payment asks Meta directly if an update is late.
Status back to the lead
A payment is added to the lead’s timeline and paid total, your team gets a notification, and the lead can move to Won if you have chosen that. While the 24-hour window is open, the customer also gets a short “payment received” message.
Setup
Connect WhatsApp Pay in 4 steps
- 01
Start a payment configuration
In WhatsApp Manager, for the WhatsApp Business account your number is on, open Payment configurations → India and start a new configuration with Get started. Accept Meta’s Payments Addendum when Meta shows it. - 02
Connect Razorpay or PayU
Pick Razorpay or PayU, give the configuration a name and choose your business category, then press Connect now and sign in to your gateway account to link it. Your gateway keys stay with Meta and your gateway. - 03
Add it in Fliok
An admin opens Settings → Integrations → WhatsApp Pay, chooses Find my configurations (or types the name exactly as in WhatsApp Manager) and adds the business name and Indian address Meta prints on items that are not from your catalog. Fliok checks the name with Meta. - 04
Request a payment
In a WhatsApp chat whose 24-hour window is open, tap Request payment, add the items and send. The request in the chat updates when the customer pays.

- How it connects
- Payment configuration in WhatsApp Manager
- India only, in Indian rupees. Razorpay and PayU are the gateways Fliok supports.
- A request can be sent only within 24 hours of the customer’s last message, and there is no template for it: if the window has closed, send a template first and request payment once they reply.
- WhatsApp chats only: requests cannot be sent in Instagram chats, and requests to opted-out contacts are refused.
- A payment request is a WhatsApp message like any reply, so Meta’s per-message charge applies, billed by Meta. Your gateway charges its own fees under your agreement with it.
- Removing WhatsApp Pay in Fliok stops new requests. Requests already sent stay payable and still report back, and your configuration in WhatsApp Manager is not touched.
Yes. You link it to your WhatsApp Business account in WhatsApp Manager as a payment configuration, and payments go straight into it. Fliok never holds the money and never asks for your gateway keys.
On the request in the chat (Awaiting payment, Paid, Payment failed, Cancelled or Expired), on the lead’s timeline and paid total, and as a notification to your team. If you have chosen to, a payment also moves the lead to Won.
Basic or above: WhatsApp Pay is part of Automation & CRM. Agents and above send, cancel and check payment requests; an admin or the owner sets WhatsApp Pay up or removes it.
A payment link opens Razorpay’s page in the browser and is set up with your Razorpay keys in Fliok’s CRM settings. WhatsApp Pay keeps the order and the payment inside the chat and is set up in WhatsApp Manager, with Razorpay or PayU. Both pay into your own account.
