Your questions, in your words
Up to 15 questions: short and long answers, one choice, several choices, a date, a number, an email address and boxes to tick.
- Mark a question as one they must answer
- A preview shows the form as a visitor fills it in
- The WhatsApp updates tick is never ticked for them
Every form asks for a name and a phone number — the number is what makes an answer a lead.

What it costs
Part of your plan, not an add-on
Enquiry forms are part of Basic, Pro and Enterprise. They are not on Free.
| On each plan | Basic | Pro | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|
| Forms you keepDrafts and published; archived ones do not count | 5 | 25 | Unlimited |
| Answers a monthAcross all your forms | 1,000 | 5,000 | Unlimited |
- One form takes at most 200 answers in a day, then pauses until the next day.
- Every new lead counts toward your plan’s contact limit. Past it, a new number is not saved and you are told.
- Fliok does not message a customer because they filled in a form.
- On Basic, a form carries Fliok’s line under it. Pro and Enterprise forms do not.
Said plainly
What it doesn’t do
It asks, and turns the answer into a lead. These are not part of it.
- File uploadsA form takes typed answers, choices, dates and ticks. It cannot take a photo or a document.
- Payments inside a formA form does not take money. To be paid, send a bill from Invoices & receipts, or show your UPI QR on your business page.
- Questions that depend on an answerEvery visitor sees the same questions, in the same order.
- Embedding in your websiteA form opens on its own link and cannot be embedded in another site. Forms on your own website use the capture link.
- An automatic replyFliok does not message a customer because they filled in a form. The customer starts the chat themselves.
- A CAPTCHA from another companyNo other company’s script or cookie is put on your customer’s page.

Straight answers about Enquiry Forms. Anything else, ask us.
Open Business page, then Forms, press New form and pick one of the 5 starting points: an enquiry, a callback request, an admission enquiry, a quotation request or feedback. Change the questions, press Save and then Publish. Forms are part of Basic and above.
The answer arrives as a lead, with what they answered on the lead’s timeline. If that number is already a lead, the answer is added to it and no second lead is made. You can give a form’s leads to one team member, add tags, and be told in the bell and on your phone.
Not from the form. Fliok does not send your customer a WhatsApp message because they filled in a form. You can offer a Continue on WhatsApp button after they send it, and the customer starts that chat themselves. An automation of your own that runs on a new lead still runs, as for any lead.
Add the WhatsApp updates tick. Its sentence is the same on every form and cannot be reworded, it is never ticked for the customer, and only people who tick it are marked as opted in. A consent tick is a different thing: it carries your own sentence, can be required, and is kept with the answer word for word.
A name and a phone number, always, because the number is what makes an answer a lead. Then up to 15 questions in all: short and long answers, one choice, several choices, a date, a number, an email address and boxes to tick. There are no file uploads, no payments inside a form and no questions that depend on an earlier answer.
A WhatsApp Flow is a form that opens inside a WhatsApp chat, launched from a chatbot, for someone already talking to you. An enquiry form opens from a link or a QR code in any browser, for someone who has not messaged you yet, and makes them a lead. If you already have forms on your own website, the capture link sends those to Fliok.
Basic keeps 5 forms and takes 1,000 answers a month across them; Pro keeps 25 forms and takes 5,000; Enterprise has no ceiling on either. One form takes at most 200 answers in a day and then pauses until the next day, and you are told.
A form checks that it was really opened before it can be sent, ignores whatever fills a field people never see, and limits how fast answers can arrive. No CAPTCHA from another company is used, so no other company’s script or cookie is put on your customer’s page.
