Quotations
A quotation your customer accepts on their phone
Send a price before the order. The customer opens the link, types their name and accepts, asks for a change or declines. It is valid for 15 days unless you change it.
- Optional items the customer can tick when accepting
- The whole amount, an advance, or 2 to 8 parts
- One tap raises the bill for each part once it is accepted
- Total with what you added
- ₹25,500.00

What your customer sees
One page with the balance and every way to pay
The button in the message opens the bill’s own page: what is still owed, the PDF and the ways to pay. No sign-in and no app.
- A UPI button and a QR for the exact balance
- Your bank details, each with a Copy button
- Pay online, once your own Razorpay account is connected
Who owes you
Every customer who has not paid, and for how long
Who owes you lists each customer with what they owe, what is overdue and the oldest unpaid date, with the totals by age.
- Remind sends one message about the oldest unpaid bill
- A statement of account as a PDF, sent when you are ready
- An opening balance for what was owed before you billed here
Recurring bills
Fees and retainers that bill themselves
A bill is raised every week, month, quarter or year, and the customer pays each one the usual way. A term with an end reminds the customer 30, 15 and 7 days before its last day.
- Not an auto-debit: nothing is taken from the customer
- The first bill waits for you to check it, unless you say otherwise
- Pause it, skip one bill or stop it at any time
- Each bill
- ₹3,000.00
- How often
- Every month
- Next bill
- 1 Nov 2026
- How it ends
- Until you stop it
- Sending
- Check the first one, then send by itself
This is not an auto-debit: Fliok never takes money from your customer's card, bank account or UPI by itself. Each bill carries the same pay link and UPI QR as any invoice, and the customer pays it.
Part payments
Take a bill in parts; every payment gets a receipt
Record what came in and how. The receipt goes out with its own number, and the balance on the bill, its page and its QR follows.
- UPI, bank transfer, card, cash, cheque or other
- TDS the customer deducted comes off the balance
- A wrong entry is voided, never deleted
- Total
- ₹12,000.00
- Money received
- ₹5,000.00
- Balance
- ₹7,000.00

Getting started
Up and running in five steps
- 01

- 02
Add your business details
Your name is enough to start. Add a logo, UPI ID, bank details or GSTIN when you want them printed.

Make the quotation or the bill
From Invoices or from a lead: pick the customer, add what you sold, press Issue and send.
- 04

- 05
The rest goes by itself
Payment reminders around the due date, and next month’s bill if you made it a recurring one.

What it costs
Part of your plan, not an add-on
Invoices & receipts is part of Basic, Pro and Enterprise, with a monthly fair-use limit. It is not on Free.
| Each month | Basic | Pro | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|
| Documents issuedInvoices, proformas and quotations, and each bill a recurring bill raises. Receipts, drafts, edits and reminders do not count | 300 | 1,500 | Unlimited |
| Customer emailsOne per address; shared with Bookings | 1,000 | 5,000 | 25,000 |
- Meta bills each WhatsApp message to your own WhatsApp Business account at its own rates; Fliok adds no markup.
- Three of these messages go as marketing messages, at Meta’s marketing rate, because each makes an offer: a quotation, its one follow-up, and a renewal reminder. Every other one, from an invoice to a booking reminder, goes as a utility message.
- Each WhatsApp message also counts toward your plan’s monthly message allowance.
- Customers pay you directly: your UPI ID, your bank account or your own payment gateway, under your agreement with it. Fliok never holds the money.
- On Basic, customer pages and PDFs carry “Powered by Fliok” and emails “Sent with Fliok”. Pro and Enterprise carry neither.
Said plainly
What it doesn’t do
It bills the customers you already talk to. It is not accounting software, and these are not part of it.
- Auto-debit and mandatesA recurring bill is a bill your customer pays each time. Fliok never takes money from a card, a bank account or UPI by itself.
- Holding or moving your moneyCustomers pay your UPI ID, your bank account or your own gateway. Nothing passes through Fliok, and it sends no refunds.
- Credit and debit notesTo correct a bill, edit it as a new version, or cancel it and issue another.
- E-invoicing (IRN)Fliok does not produce an IRN or a signed e-invoice. If e-invoicing applies to you, those are made on the e-invoice portal, not in Fliok.
- Inventory, purchases and GST returnsNo stock, no purchase bills and no return filing. The two CSV files for your accountant are lists, not a tax return.
- A signature on a quotationAccepting records the name typed, the time and the version. It is a record of the yes, not a digital signature.
- Reviews written or filteredFliok asks and records the answer. It never writes or posts a review, offers anything for one, or hides your public review link from a customer who rated low.
- Interest on late paymentsReminders say what is owed and by when. Nothing is added to a bill for being late.
- Messages in other languagesThe WhatsApp messages are in English, with fixed wording. You can reword the subject and opening line of most emails.

Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about Invoices & Receipts. Anything else, ask us.
Yes. The bill goes from the WhatsApp number you connected to Fliok, in your business’s name, as a PDF with a View invoice button, and by email with the PDF attached (up to 3 addresses, replies to your own address). WhatsApp reviews each of these messages once when you switch the feature on; until it approves one, that message goes by email only.
Yes. A quotation goes as a PDF with a link. On its page the customer types their name and presses Accept quotation, asks for a change or declines, and can tick any optional items you offered. It is valid until the date you set (15 days unless you change it). Once it is accepted you raise the bill from it in one tap: the whole amount, an advance with the balance later, or 2 to 8 parts. Fliok records the name typed, the time and the version; that is a record, not a digital signature.
Yes, with a recurring bill: every week, every month, every 3, 6 or 12 months, or every few months, until you stop it, for a number of bills or up to a date. Each bill is an ordinary invoice or proforma with the same pay link and UPI QR, and the customer pays it. It is not an auto-debit: Fliok never takes money from a customer’s card, bank account or UPI by itself. By default the first bill waits as a draft for you to check, and the later ones are issued and sent on their dates.
Invoices opens on what is outstanding and overdue, and Who owes you lists every customer with something unpaid: what they owe, what is overdue, the oldest unpaid date, and how old the money is (not yet due, 1–30 days, 31–60 days, 61–90 days and over 90 days). Remind sends one message about that customer’s oldest unpaid invoice. A customer’s account shows every bill and payment with the balance after each, and you can make a statement of account as a PDF and send it when you are ready.
No. A new business starts as “Not registered for tax”: a plain invoice with no tax on screen or on paper. If you are registered, your bills are tax invoices with your GSTIN, with CGST and SGST or IGST worked out from the customer’s state; a composition dealer gets a bill of supply. Outside India you can show one sales tax under your own name for it, such as VAT, or none. Fliok works the tax out from what you enter; it is not tax advice, so check with your accountant how your business should bill.
The PDF and the bill’s page show the balance and the ways to pay: a UPI QR and button for the exact amount once you add your UPI ID, your bank details, and Pay online if you have connected your own Razorpay account. The money goes straight to you; Fliok never holds it. You record what came in and the receipt goes out, and an online payment records itself.
Yes. Saving the change makes a new version with the same number, the earlier version stays in the invoice’s history as it was sent, and the customer’s link shows the latest copy. Once a payment is recorded only the notes, your customer’s reference, the due date and their contact details can change; to change amounts or items, void the payment first, or cancel the invoice and issue another.
Record the amount that came in. It gets a receipt with its own number, the invoice shows Part paid, and the balance on the page, the QR and the reminders follows what is still owed. If the customer deducted TDS, enter it and it comes off the balance too.
By default 3 days before, on the due date, 3 days after, 7 days after and 14 days after: 5 reminders, each sent once, between 10 am and 7 pm in your time zone. The balance is checked again at the moment of sending, so a paid or cancelled invoice is never chased, and nothing goes on the day the invoice was issued. You can change the ladder (up to 8 reminders), stop reminders for one invoice or switch them off. Reminders about a proforma go by email only.
Yes, if you switch it on: one message after an invoice is paid in full (2 hours later unless you change it), at most once per customer in 30 days. The customer gives a rating from 1 to 5 and a comment on a short page. Everyone who answers is shown your public review page if you set one, whatever they rated; a low rating (3 or lower, unless you change it) also reaches your team privately. Fliok asks and records the answer. It never writes or posts a review, offers anything for one, or hides your public review link from a customer who rated low.
Yes, on Pro and above. A signed webhook tells your own server, or a tool such as Zapier, Make or Pabbly, when an invoice is issued, edited, paid or cancelled, when a payment is recorded or voided, and when a quotation is accepted or declined; the API can then look an invoice up by its number. Fliok is not listed in those tools’ app directories, so you use their own webhook and request steps, and the API docs have a guide for each.
On the PDF, Hindi and Marathi (Devanagari), Bengali, Gujarati and Tamil print exactly as written. Punjabi (Gurmukhi), Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam print too, with a few rare letter combinations drawn in a plainer form. Odia, Urdu and emoji are not printed yet, so write those names in English. The WhatsApp message that carries the bill is in English, with fixed wording.
Nothing extra: it is part of Basic, Pro and Enterprise, and not on Free. You can issue 300 on Basic, 1,500 on Pro and unlimited on Enterprise documents a month: invoices, proformas and quotations, including the bills a recurring bill raises. Receipts, drafts, edits and reminders do not count. Customer emails are limited to 1,000 on Basic, 5,000 on Pro and 25,000 on Enterprise a month, shared with Bookings. No. It makes and sends quotations and bills, tracks what is paid and who owes you, and exports two CSV files for your accountant. It has no auto-debit, no credit or debit notes, no e-invoicing (IRN), no inventory, no purchase bills and no GST returns.
