Razorpay payment links, sent from the lead
Connect your own Razorpay account to Fliok and send a payment link to a lead on WhatsApp, by hand or from an automation. When the customer pays, the payment lands on the lead’s timeline and can move the deal to Won; expired and cancelled links update too. The money goes to your Razorpay account, never through Fliok. Basic plan and above.

What the Razorpay integration does
Links from the lead
Send a payment link for the amount you enter from a lead in the CRM, or from an automation, for example when a lead moves to Negotiation.
Status comes back
Paid, expired and cancelled come back from Razorpay. A payment is recorded on the lead’s timeline and can move the lead to Won.
Sent on WhatsApp
The link goes out as a chat message while the customer’s 24-hour window is open, and is recorded on the lead either way.
Your account, your money
Links are created in your Razorpay account and paid into it. Fliok never holds the money.

Connect Razorpay in 3 steps

Paste your API keys
In Fliok, open Settings → CRM → Payments and paste your Razorpay key id and key secret. They are checked against Razorpay before saving, and stored encrypted. - 02
Add the webhook in Razorpay
In the Razorpay Dashboard, add a webhook with the URL and secret Fliok shows, and tick payment_link.paid, payment.captured, payment_link.expired and payment_link.cancelled. - 03
Send a link
Open a lead and send a payment link, or add “send payment link” to an automation.

- Outside the customer’s 24-hour window a link cannot go as a plain chat message: copy it, or send it inside an approved template.
- Links expire after 7 days by default, and Razorpay’s own SMS and email notifications for the link are switched off, so the customer hears from you on WhatsApp.
- The customer pays on Razorpay’s page; payment is not collected inside WhatsApp.
- This is separate from paying for your Fliok plan, which Fliok bills through its own account.
No. The link is created in your own Razorpay account and the money is paid into it. Razorpay’s own fees apply as usual.
Not as a plain chat message: WhatsApp allows free-form messages only within 24 hours of the customer’s last message. Copy the link and send it another way, or send it inside an approved template.
