A price list PDF goes free-form only within 24 hours of the retailer’s last message; after that, send a template with the PDF as its header.
Broadcast only to retailers who agreed to hear from you. Meta can restrict a number that messages people who never asked, so a list of new people needs your word that they agreed and goes out slowly.
Yes. Basic includes 6 seats and Pro 15, owner included, all on one number. Routing rules give each new enquiry one owner, and a retailer who writes again is matched by phone and stays one lead.
Yes, on Basic and above. The bill goes as a PDF from your own number and by email, with a UPI QR and your bank details; connect your own Razorpay account and it gets a Pay online button too. A part payment gets its own receipt, TDS the retailer deducted comes off the balance, and reminders stop when the bill is paid. Who owes you lists every retailer with money unpaid, and for how long, and sends a statement of account. From a lead, you can also send a Razorpay payment link.
Only prices in its brief; it is built not to invent one. It answers routine questions like delivery areas and payment terms, and hands the chat to your team when a retailer asks for a person. The AI agent is on Basic and above, paid per reply from a prepaid wallet.
Yes. With coexistence, on every plan, you keep replying from the WhatsApp Business app while your team answers the same chats in Fliok, on the same number.
