Loved it, thank you!
- Until an admin switches a request on
- Off
- At least, between two requests to one customer
- 30 days
- A rating, with room for a comment

- Basic & up
What it does
Everything in Review Requests
- One message after a bill is paid in full
- One message after a completed visit
- A rating from 1 to 5, and a comment
- Your public review link, shown to everyone
- A low rating also reaches your team
- At most once per customer in 30 days
- An average rating, and figures by service
- Never written, posted or filtered by Fliok
What your customer sees
A short page: a rating and a comment
The Share feedback button opens a page with five answers and room for a comment. Everyone who answers is then shown your public review page, if you set one.
- The same invitation whatever they rated
- What they write there is up to them
- No sign-in and no app
Thank you — your answer has been recorded.
You rated this 4 out of 5 (Good).
If you would like to, you can also share your experience of Your business publicly. What you write there is up to you.
Open the public review pageWhen to ask
After a paid bill, after a visit, or both
Each request has its own switch and its own delay. However often a customer pays or visits, they are asked at most once in 30 days.
- After an invoice is paid: 2 hours later, unless you change it
- After a visit: the next morning, unless you change it
- Between 10 am and 7 pm, never for one that was cancelled
2 hours later
The next morning
Every customer who answers is shown it — whatever rating they gave — and what they write there is up to them.
What your team sees
Every answer, and the low ones first to look at
The Reviews page shows the average rating, how many answered and the figures by service. A rating of 3 or lower also adds a notification and a follow-up task.
- Only your team sees the answers
- Note what was done, and it is no longer waiting
- Filter by after a payment, after a visit, or low ratings
“The delivery came two days late.”
The message
It names the one invoice or visit it is about
The wording is fixed and always about that one sale: this invoice, or this visit on this date. A reply typed in the chat still arrives in your inbox.
- A utility message, sent from your own number
- By email only when it cannot go on WhatsApp
- Never about an advance or a monthly instalment

Said plainly
What it doesn’t do
It asks, records the answer and tells your team. These are not part of it.
- Reviews written or filteredFliok asks and records the answer. It never writes or posts a review, offers anything for one, or hides your public review link from a customer who rated low.
- Offers in return for a reviewNothing is offered for a review, and nothing can be attached to the request as an offer.
- Showing answers in publicAnswers are for your team. They are not shown on your business page or anywhere public.
- Asking twice about one saleOne request for an invoice or a visit, and at most one for a customer in the days you set.
- Asking about an advance or an instalmentAn advance, a part-bill and the monthly bills of a recurring bill are never asked about.
- Messages in other languagesThe WhatsApp request is in English, with fixed wording that always names that one invoice or visit.

Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about Review Requests. Anything else, ask us.
Switch a request on and each customer gets one message after they pay an invoice in full, or after their visit is marked completed, asking how it went. The message names that invoice or that visit and has a Share feedback button, which opens a short page: a rating from 1 to 5 and room for a comment. Both requests are off until an admin switches one on.
Unless you change it, 2 hours later once an invoice is paid in full, or the next morning once a booking is marked completed, between 10 am and 7 pm. However often they pay or visit, they are asked at most once in 30 days.
You can paste the link to the page where people review your business publicly, such as your Google review link. Every customer who answers is then shown it, in the same words, whatever rating they gave. What they write there is up to them.
Because that would be asking only for good reviews. Google’s rules for reviews do not allow a business to ask only for positive reviews or to discourage negative ones, nor to offer anything in return for a review. So there is no setting for it: the link is shown to everyone who answers.
A low rating, 3 or lower unless you change it, also adds a notification and a follow-up task for your team with the customer’s comment, so you can put it right. Note what was done and it stops showing as still to look at. That customer is shown your public review link like everyone else.
A proforma or a quotation; an advance or a part-bill of a quotation, until the last part is paid; the monthly bills of a recurring bill, where only the renewal bill is asked about; and the advance paid for a booking. Nothing is asked about a payment or a visit from before you switched the request on.
Only your team, on the Reviews page, with the average rating and the figures by service. They are not shown to other customers or on your business page.
By email only when it cannot go on WhatsApp. WhatsApp has to approve the message once when you switch a request on; until then the request goes by email.
Nothing extra: review requests are part of Invoices & receipts and Bookings on Basic, Pro and Enterprise. Each request goes as a utility message. Meta bills each WhatsApp message to your own WhatsApp Business account at its own rates; Fliok adds no markup. Each WhatsApp message also counts toward your plan’s monthly message allowance.
