Make integration

Make scenarios, driven by WhatsApp

New leads, messages and stage changes in Fliok start your scenarios, and a scenario can send a WhatsApp template back. Connected with webhooks and an API key.

What it does

What you get with Make

Drawn with the dashboard’s own pieces, with sample data.

  • Fliok events start scenarios

A new lead, a stage change, a message, a closed chat or a submitted form, each signed.

  • Into your other tools

A row in Google Sheets, or a deal in your accounts or CRM.

  • Scenarios act in Fliok

Send a template, create a lead, move its stage, add tags or a task.

  • Leads in from anywhere

A scenario can send a Facebook lead-form lead to WhatsApp with an approved template.

Setup

Connect Make in 4 steps

  1. 1In Fliok

    Create an API key

Settings → Integrations → REST API: a key with “Send and read” access, for this scenario.

  2. 2In Make

    Catch Fliok’s events

Start a scenario with a “Webhooks” Custom webhook trigger and copy its URL.

  3. 3In Fliok

    Add it as an endpoint

Settings → Integrations → Signed webhooks: paste the URL and pick the events.

  4. 4In Make

    Call Fliok back

A “HTTP” Make a request step with your key sends a template or updates a lead.

Good to know

  • Webhooks and API keys are on Pro and above. Sending leads in through your capture link works from Basic.
  • Free-form text only inside the 24-hour window; outside it, send an approved template.
  • You build it with Make’s own webhook and HTTP steps; the guide walks through each one.
  • Make’s own plan limits apply to your scenarios.
