Do I need the green tick to send these?
No. The green tick, Meta’s Official Business Account badge, is optional: templates and broadcasts work without it, and it does not raise your messaging limit. Only Meta grants it; Fliok cannot apply for you or speed up the review.
How to get the green tickDo customers need to opt in before I message them?
Yes. Meta requires consent before business-initiated messages, and unsolicited marketing is the quickest way to get blocked and reported. Fliok records opt-in and opt-out per contact, enforces opt-outs before every business-initiated send, and treats a STOP reply as an opt-out from everything.
What does a WhatsApp marketing message cost in India?
Meta charges per delivered message: as of October 2026, about ₹0.8631 for a marketing template and ₹0.115 for a utility template to an Indian number. Since 1 October 2026, free-form API replies are charged at the utility rate after the first 1,000 a month on each number, and messages in the free window after a Click-to-WhatsApp ad chat opens are free. Other countries have other rates. Meta bills your own WhatsApp Business account; your Fliok plan is separate and we add no per-message markup.
Meta’s rates for every countryWhy do some marketing messages never arrive?
Meta caps how many marketing templates one person receives from all businesses and refuses the extra ones (error 131049). Fliok skips recently capped people for a while and never sends anyone a second marketing template within 48 hours, so you do not pay for sends that cannot land.
How many contacts can I message per day?
Meta sets that, not Fliok: new accounts start with a daily limit on business-initiated conversations, raised as your number builds a good delivery history. Fliok shows your limit and quality rating in Settings and alerts you when either drops.
Which plan do I need to run campaigns?
Templates are on every plan; broadcasts start on Basic, with no cap on how many you run. Volume is limited by the monthly message allowance (10,000 on Basic, 100,000 on Pro), and the spend estimate is part of analytics, on Pro.
