How many contacts can I message per day?
That is set by Meta, not by us. New WhatsApp Business accounts start in a messaging tier that caps business-initiated conversations per day, and Meta raises the tier as you build a delivery history in good standing. Fliok sends within whatever tier your number currently holds.
Do I need pre-approved templates?
Yes. Any business-initiated message — including every broadcast — must use a Meta-approved template. Fliok's template manager submits them for you and shows the real approval status synced back from Meta.
Can I personalise messages at scale?
Yes. Templates take variables, and Fliok fills them per recipient from the contact's name and custom attributes, so each person receives a normal one-to-one WhatsApp message rather than an obvious mass send.
What does sending cost?
Your Fliok plan is a flat platform fee. WhatsApp conversation charges are billed by Meta directly against your own WhatsApp Business account at Meta's published rates — we do not resell messages or hold a credit balance for you. Analytics shows an estimate of that Meta spend, in rupees, split by category.
