An admin switches it on in AI controls. It answers new top-level comments once each, keeps prices out of public replies unless your instructions allow them, and can send the details in a DM when someone asks about price.

New top-level comments on your posts, once each. It leaves alone your own comments, replies inside a thread, @mentions, hidden or already answered comments, comments that are only emoji, tags or links, and comments older than six hours. It also skips spam, abuse and complaints, which are better handled by a person.
Not unless your instructions allow it. When someone asks about price or details, the AI keeps its public reply short and, with the DM option on, sends the details in one private message instead.
Up to 30 replies an hour for the workspace and 10 an hour on any one post, so a busy post never turns into a wall of identical replies. Each reply is paid from the prepaid AI wallet, like a reply on WhatsApp.
Yes, once per comment and within 7 days of it, as Instagram allows. If the person writes back, the conversation carries on in the Instagram inbox. An @mention can be answered in public only.
Agents and above can reply, and hide or show comments again. Deleting a comment, and switching the AI replies on or off, need an admin or the owner. Hiding and deleting work on comments under your own posts.
Not yet: it is in early access. Available to early-access workspaces while Meta completes its review of our app. Until it is switched on for your workspace, the Instagram section stays hidden in your dashboard. Write to us if you would like to try it. It is on Basic and above, the same plans as the CRM and automations.
