Free plan
The free WhatsApp Business API plan, and its limits
Fliok’s Free plan connects one WhatsApp number to Meta’s official WhatsApp Business API at no cost and with no card: 1 user, 100 contacts and up to 100 outgoing messages a month, with the shared inbox, templates and the product catalog. What still costs money is Meta’s own charge for each message it delivers, billed by Meta to your WhatsApp Business account.

What still costs money
The Free plan is free. WhatsApp messages are not, and that is Meta’s rule, not ours: Meta charges for every message it delivers on the WhatsApp Business API, whichever platform you use.
- Templates (the messages you start a conversation with) are charged per delivered message by category. In India that is about ₹0.8631 for marketing and ₹0.115 for utility or authentication, plus GST.
- Free-form replies inside a customer’s 24-hour window are charged too since 1 October 2026, at the utility rate (₹0.115 in India), according to Meta’s pricing for non-template messages.
- Free: incoming messages, and everything you send in the 72-hour free entry-point window after someone messages you from a Click-to-WhatsApp ad or a Facebook Page button and you reply within 24 hours.
Meta bills these charges to the payment method on your own WhatsApp Business account. They never pass through Fliok, and we add nothing to them. The full breakdown, with a calculator, is in WhatsApp API pricing in India.
Note: Meta’s rules were checked against Meta’s documentation on 4 October 2026. If anything here disagrees with Meta’s current pages, Meta is right.

When to upgrade
Outgrown Free?
The 7-day free trial on your first upgrade lets you try a paid plan before you pay for it.
Basic · ₹1,500 a month + GST
For a team that runs campaigns and follows up leads: 10,000 messages a month with no cap on broadcasts, 5,000 contacts, 6 seats, chatbots, auto replies, automations, the CRM and the AI sales agent (₹0.10 per AI reply from a prepaid wallet).
Pro · ₹3,200 a month + GST
Adds unlimited contacts, 100,000 messages a month, 15 seats, the REST API and webhooks, and analytics in rupees.
Access through Fliok’s Free plan is: no platform fee, no card and no time limit. The messages are not. Meta charges per delivered template message, and since 1 October 2026 per free-form reply too, billed by Meta to your own WhatsApp Business account. Incoming messages and the 72-hour window after a Click-to-WhatsApp ad stay free.
Not for Fliok’s Free plan. To pay Meta’s message charges you add a payment method to your WhatsApp Business account in Meta Business Manager; that is between you and Meta.
Yes. Coexistence works on the Free plan: the app keeps working on your phone, and the same number appears in the Fliok inbox.
No. Broadcasts start on Basic, with no cap on how many you run. On Free you can still send an approved template to one contact at a time, within the plan’s 100 outgoing messages a month.
Fliok stops you sending more of that thing and tells you which limit you reached. Nothing is deleted, and incoming customer messages are never blocked, so you can still read every chat. The monthly message allowance resets at the start of each calendar month.
No. The Free plan has no end date. When you upgrade to Basic or Pro for the first time, that plan starts with a 7-day free trial.
