Google Sheets integration

Every lead, bill and booking, a row in your own sheet

New leads, invoices, payments and bookings are added as rows to a spreadsheet in your own Google account, as they happen.

What it does

What you get with Google Sheets

Drawn with the dashboard’s own pieces, with sample data.

  • One spreadsheet, made for you

Fliok makes one new spreadsheet in your Google account, with a tab for each list you choose.

  • A row as each thing happens

A new lead, an invoice issued or paid, a payment, a booking: each is added as a row.

  • Added, never rewritten

A change is a new row that says what happened. Your own columns, notes and sorting are left alone.

  • It says when it needs you

A deleted sheet or removed access shows Needs attention, with the button that puts it right.

Good to know

  • It writes out to a sheet and reads nothing back: what you type in the spreadsheet does not come into Fliok.
  • It writes only to the spreadsheet it made, never into one you already have, and cannot see your other files.
  • There is no tab for quotations or for reviews.
  • To bring leads into Fliok from a sheet or a form, use the capture link (Forms & Google Sheets).
  • Disconnecting stops new rows. The spreadsheet stays in your Google Drive with everything in it.

Questions about Google Sheets

Anything else, ask us.

What does Fliok write to the sheet?

Five lists, each with a switch and a tab of its own: Leads, Contacts, Invoices, Payments and Bookings. A new lead, a new contact, an invoice issued, edited, paid or cancelled, a payment recorded or voided, and a booking made, moved, cancelled, completed or marked a no-show each add a row. Invoices and Payments carry the columns an accountant asks for, and times are in your workspace’s time zone.

What does Fliok ask Google for?

One permission: to create and use the one spreadsheet it makes, named “Fliok” and your workspace’s name. Fliok can open only that spreadsheet. It cannot see your other files.

Is this the same as “Forms & Google Sheets”?

No, it is the other direction. This is rows going out of Fliok into a spreadsheet of your own. Forms & Google Sheets is the capture link, which brings leads into Fliok from a form on your website or from a script on a sheet. Nothing here reads a sheet.

What happens when an invoice changes after its row is written?

A new row is added that says what happened: issued, edited, a part payment received, paid in full, a payment voided, or cancelled. A row already in the sheet is never rewritten, and a voided payment is added as a new row with a minus amount, so the column still adds up.

What if the sheet is deleted, or I remove Fliok’s access?

The card shows Needs attention with one sentence saying what happened, and your team is told. Rows keep being collected meanwhile and are written, in order, once it is put right: connect again, put the spreadsheet back, or start a new one. Rows that waited more than 14 days are dropped, and the panel says how many.

What happens when I disconnect?

Fliok stops adding rows and its access is removed at Google. Rows that were waiting to be written are discarded. Your spreadsheet stays in your Google Drive with everything already in it.

Which plan do I need, and who can connect it?

Basic or above: Google Sheets is part of Automation & CRM. Only an admin can connect it, with their own Google account. If a workspace moves to Free, nothing new is written, and the connection and its choices are kept.
