Instagram, connected beside your WhatsApp
Connect your Instagram professional account to Fliok with Facebook Login for Business. Direct messages arrive in an inbox of their own, where your team and the AI assistant answer them, and comments, posts, insights and Instagram ads sit in the same section. It needs a WhatsApp number connected first, and it is on the Basic plan and above. Instagram is in early access. Available to early-access workspaces while Meta completes its review of our app.

What the Instagram integration does
A DM inbox of its own
Instagram Direct messages arrive in a shared inbox beside WhatsApp, never mixed with it. Assign, note, label and resolve chats; story replies, mentions, photos, videos and voice notes come through, and each new person becomes a lead with Instagram as the source.
AI replies
The AI assistant you use on WhatsApp can answer DMs in plain text, from the same business facts and behind the same switches, and hands the chat to your team when someone asks for a person. Each reply is paid from the AI wallet.
Posts, reels and stories
Publish a photo, a carousel, a reel or a story now, or schedule it up to 75 days ahead, and see everything on one calendar. Agents save drafts; admins publish and schedule.
Comments and mentions
Reply in public or once by DM, and hide or delete comments on your posts. AI replies to new comments stay off until an admin switches them on.
Insights
What your team and the AI handled in Fliok (DMs, who answered and how fast, comments and posts), next to Instagram’s own numbers: followers, views, reach, top posts, your audience and the best time to post.
Instagram ads
Boost a post or run an ad that opens Instagram Direct, through the Facebook ad account your Click-to-WhatsApp ads use. Every ad is saved paused until an admin publishes it and confirms the budget.

Instagram is switched on workspace by workspace while Meta completes its review of our app. Write to us and we will tell you where things stand. - 02
Get your accounts ready
Connect your WhatsApp number to Fliok first. On Instagram, use a professional account (business or creator) linked to a Facebook Page, and turn on “Allow access to messages” in Instagram’s message settings. - 03
Connect with Facebook
An admin opens Settings → Integrations → Instagram Direct in Fliok, chooses Connect with Facebook and signs in with Facebook Login for Business, sharing the Instagram account and the Facebook Page it is linked to. - 04
Pick the account
If more than one Instagram account was shared, pick the one this workspace answers from. New DMs and comments then arrive in the Instagram section.

- One Instagram account per workspace, and an Instagram account can be connected to one workspace at a time.
- Instagram never lets a business message someone first, and a reply can be sent only within 24 hours of the customer’s last message.
- Your team replies with text or one photo; videos and files can be received but not sent from Fliok.
- Chatbot flows, auto replies and AI follow-ups run on WhatsApp only.
- Only an admin or the owner can connect, reconnect or disconnect Instagram. Disconnecting stops new messages; the chats and contacts already in Fliok stay.

No. You sign in on Facebook’s own screen and choose what to share. Fliok receives access to the Instagram account and Facebook Page you pick, and stores it encrypted.
