Yes, on Basic and above. Both send order messages and COD confirmations; Shopify also sends abandoned checkout reminders.
Yes, in India on Basic and above: a WhatsApp Pay request is paid in the chat, into your own Razorpay or PayU account. A Razorpay payment link works too.
