Meta’s native in-chat form: a short multi-screen form that opens inside WhatsApp itself. The customer never leaves the conversation or taps an outside link.
In the Flows page, pick one of 10 ready-made starters (qualify a lead, book an appointment, a return request and more), edit its screens in Flow JSON with a preview beside it, and publish it to Meta in one click. Flow JSON is a technical format; the drag-and-drop builder in Fliok is for chatbot flows.
A completed flow comes back as a submission on the conversation, and a chatbot can store it in a variable and branch on it. It is also readable through the REST API.
No. Meta requires Flow data to be encrypted end to end, and Fliok handles the key exchange and payload decryption for you.
