WhatsApp Flows & Forms

Collect Structured Answers Inside the Chat

WhatsApp Flows let a customer fill a real form without leaving the conversation. Build it, publish it to Meta, launch it from a chatbot — and the submission comes back into the chat.

How It Works

01

Define Your Flow

Write the screens and inputs as Flow JSON in the Flows page — start from the sample and edit it.

02

Publish to Meta

Publish the flow with one click. Fliok handles the encrypted Flow endpoint handshake for you.

03

Trigger in Chat

Launch the flow from a chatbot node. When the customer submits, the answers land back in the conversation.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a WhatsApp Flow?

It is Meta's native in-chat form: a small multi-screen experience that opens inside WhatsApp itself. The customer never leaves the conversation and never taps an external link, which is why completion holds up so much better than a web form.

How do I build one?

In the Flows page you define the screens and inputs in Flow JSON — the page gives you a working sample to start from — then publish it to Meta with one click. It is a technical format, not a drag-and-drop canvas; the visual builder in Fliok is for chatbot flows.

Where do the answers go?

A completed flow comes back as a submission on the conversation, and a chatbot flow can store it in a variable and branch on it. It is also visible in the conversation history and readable through the REST API.

Do I have to run an encrypted endpoint myself?

No. Meta requires Flow data exchange to be encrypted end to end, and Fliok implements that handshake for you — you publish the flow and we handle the key exchange and payload decryption.
