Billing
Where do I add my card for WhatsApp charges?
On Meta, not in Fliok: Meta bills WhatsApp message charges directly to your WhatsApp Business account. An owner or admin opens Settings, Plan & billing, the WhatsApp charges tab, and taps Add or manage card on Meta. That opens Meta’s billing page for your WhatsApp Business account, which shows your current balance, cards and payment activity; to add a card, choose Add payment method. Until a valid payment method is on Meta, new conversations can’t start. The same tab shows an estimate of this month’s Meta charges; your invoice comes from Meta.
