What does the plan fee cover, and who bills WhatsApp messages?
The plan fee (Basic ₹1,500 or Pro ₹3,200 a month plus 18% GST in India; $20 or $45 a month in US dollars, with no GST, outside India) pays for the platform. On Basic and above, AI usage is paid from the prepaid wallet. WhatsApp message charges are billed by Meta directly to your WhatsApp Business account, never through us.
