Are there ready-made templates I can start from?
Yes. The template library in your dashboard has 42 ready-made templates written to Meta’s rules, including Indian festivals, orders, bookings, reminders and re-engagement. Open one, rename it, swap in your own details and submit it; Meta still reviews every template. One-time passcode templates are not in the library, because Meta approves them only in its own fixed format.
