Which one fits

Who should choose which

Both are reasonable choices. These are the situations where each one is the better fit.

Choose AiSensy if…

  • You need plans above Pro: Premium and Unlimited list faster sending (250 and 1,000 messages a second) and many more agents.
  • You want a prepaid credit balance for WhatsApp charges that the platform manages, with a monthly free allowance of service messages as AiSensy lists it.
  • You want its ads manager for several Meta ad types, or its add-ons such as the chatbot builder and AI agent bundles.
  • You value a long track record: AiSensy says it is trusted by more than two lakh businesses.

Choose Fliok if…

  • You want Meta to bill your own WhatsApp Business account directly, at Meta’s rates, with nothing added.
  • You want to keep using the WhatsApp Business App on the same number, on any plan including Free.
  • You want a built-in CRM with pipelines, tasks, lead routing and IndiaMART capture from the Basic plan.
  • You would rather pay for AI per reply (₹0.10, from the Basic plan) than buy a bundle of AI messages.

Moving to Fliok from another platform

  1. 1Release the number. A WhatsApp number can be connected to only one provider at a time. If the number is also on the WhatsApp Business App, disconnect it in the app under Settings → Account → Business platform (do not uninstall the app). For a number used only on the API, ask your current provider how they release it; Meta documents how business phone numbers are managed.
  2. 2Connect it to Fliok. Sign up, then choose to keep using the WhatsApp Business App (coexistence) or connect a Cloud API number. Meta’s embedded signup walks you through it.
  3. 3Bring your templates. Approved templates belong to your WhatsApp Business Account, not to the platform. If you connect the same account, the Templates page can sync them, and a nightly check imports any Fliok has not seen. On a new account, recreate them in Fliok and submit them to Meta.
  4. 4Bring your contacts. Export a CSV from your old platform and import it into Fliok (Basic and above). Contacts are also created automatically as customers message you.
  5. 5Rebuild your automations. Chatbot flows, auto replies, CRM automations and the AI agent are on Basic and above, and the AI agent can draft its settings from your website.

Chat history held by your old platform stays there, so export it before you leave if you need it. With coexistence, Meta can share up to six months of the phone app’s chats with Fliok.
