Take a chat over from the AI
See when the AI hands a chat to you, and step in yourself whenever you want by pausing it in a chat.

In this video, you'll see when the AI hands a chat to you, and how to step in. When a customer asks for a person, the AI stops replying there. Click See which. Meera asked for a person. The AI stays off until you switch it back on. Click Open chat. The chat says why the AI stopped. Type your reply, and press Enter. When you're done, click Turn AI back on. You can also take over any chat. Open one where the AI is on. Click AI on, and choose Pause while I reply. The AI stays out until the chat has been quiet for seven days, or you turn it back on.
