In this video, you'll teach the AI about your business, so it answers customers with your own facts. Scroll down to Business details. The assistant answers only from what you write here. First, say what your business does. Then add your prices, policies and the questions customers ask most. Click Save business details. Test it. Ask a question a customer would, and click Try. Nothing is sent to WhatsApp. It answers with your price. If a fact is missing or wrong, change it above and save again. For more short guides, look for the Watch how button at the top of the page.
