Create a rule that runs on its own
Build a Fliok automation: pick what starts it and what it does, like tagging a customer who asks about a bulk order, then switch it on and watch it run.

In this video, you'll create a rule that tags customers who ask about bulk orders. On the Automations page, click New automation. Give it a name. Then, under When, pick what starts it: The lead sends a WhatsApp message. Add a keyword, like bulk, so it only runs for those messages. Under Then, click Add a step, and choose Add tags. Pick the Wholesale tag. Click Save, then switch it on. Now, when a customer asks about a bulk order, the rule runs on its own. Runs shows what it did.
