Build your first chatbot
Start a WhatsApp chatbot from a ready-made menu, write its answers on the canvas, and publish it so it answers customers on its own.

In this video, you'll build a chatbot from a ready-made starter and put it live. In Bots, click New bot. Pick a starter: Welcome menu answers hi with three buttons. Click Create and open. Each box on the canvas is one step. Click a step, and write its message on the right. Replace every step that still has square brackets. Click Publish and go live, then Publish. Now, when a customer says hi, the bot sends your menu. Tap Pricing, and the prices come straight back. For more short guides, look for the Watch how button at the top of the page.
