Read how a broadcast did

In this video, you'll read how a broadcast did: who got it, who read it, and what failed. Open Broadcasts. Click the broadcast you sent. Progress shows how many messages went out. Below, the tiles count how many were delivered, how many were read, and how many failed. Replied counts the people who wrote back. If any failed, Why sends failed explains each cause, and what to do about it. At the bottom, Recipients lists every customer and their status. Click a filter, like Failed, to see just those.
