Send a broadcast
Send one approved WhatsApp template to many customers at once: pick the template, fill its variables from each contact, choose the audience by tag, check the cost, send, and see who read it.

In this video, you'll send a WhatsApp broadcast: one approved message to many customers at once. Open Broadcasts, and click New broadcast. Give it a name, so you can find it later. Then pick the template to send. Only templates WhatsApp has approved are listed. The preview on the right shows exactly what your customers will get. This template has a variable for the customer's name. Choose Contact's first name, and every customer sees their own. Next, choose who gets it. You can pick a tag, pick contacts one by one, or upload a list. We'll send it to everyone tagged Diwali 2026. Down here, Fliok shows how many people it will reach, and what Meta will charge for it. Anyone who opted out is always skipped. If you want, send a test to your own WhatsApp first. When you're ready, click Send. Fliok asks once more, with the cost, before anything goes out. Click Yes to send. Your broadcast goes out in the background. Click it to see how it's doing. You can see how many were delivered, and how many were read.
