Record who agreed to hear from you
Mark which contacts said yes to your messages, so broadcasts only reach people who opted in.

In this video, you'll record which customers agreed to hear from you on WhatsApp. Customers who agreed to your messages show a green Opted in label. Some of your contacts have no consent recorded yet. Open the Consent filter, and choose Not recorded. Click a customer who told you they want your offers. Under Consent to marketing, choose Opted in. Fliok saves it with the time, so you have a record. Only record consent when the customer really agreed. If someone opts out, choose Opted out, and broadcasts always skip them.
