Change your pipeline stages

In this video, you'll rename a stage, add a new one, and save your pipeline. Open Settings, Sales pipeline. Stages lists the columns your leads move through. Click a stage name to rename it. Change Follow-up to Quote sent. To add a stage, click Add a stage, and type its name. Use the arrows to move it up, to where it belongs. Click Save pipeline. Your leads keep their stage, and the Leads board shows the new columns. For more short guides, look for the Watch how button at the top of the page.
