Collect details with a WhatsApp form

In this video, you'll build a form that opens right inside WhatsApp. In Forms, click New form, and give it a name. Pick a starter. Book an appointment asks for a name, a day and a time. Then click Create and open. Change the title and the questions in your own words. The preview shows roughly how it looks on a phone. Click Publish.
