Assign a chat to a teammate

In this video, you'll hand a chat to a teammate, and see who owns which chat. Rahul wants croissants for his café every morning. Arif handles wholesale orders, so open Rahul's chat. At the top of the chat, Assigned to shows who owns it. Pick Arif Khan. If Arif has notifications turned on, Fliok tells him right away. In the chat list, each assigned chat shows its owner's initial. Click Unassigned to see the chats nobody has picked up yet, or Mine for your own. To hand over several chats together, click Select, tick the chats, and choose a teammate.
