Schedule an Instagram post
Upload a photo or video, write the caption and pick when it goes live.

In this video, you'll schedule an Instagram post from Fliok. Click New post. Then click Upload, and choose your photo. Write your caption. Under When, choose Schedule, and pick the day and time. Click Schedule. Fliok posts it at that time for you. Your post now shows in the list as scheduled. For more short guides, look for the Watch how button at the top of the page.
