In this video, you'll read your monthly report: what Fliok did for your business. Open Monthly report. It shows last month, counted from your own chats, bills and bookings. The first line sums up the month. Customer chats shows how many people wrote in, how many got an answer, and how fast you replied. Broadcasts shows what went out, and how many messages arrived.
