In this video, you'll fix a template that WhatsApp rejected, and send it again. A template that WhatsApp turned down is marked Rejected. Under it, Fliok says why in plain words. Here, the offer was filed as Utility. WhatsApp wants promotions in Marketing. Click Edit and resubmit. Change the category to Marketing. The name and language stay the same.
