OpenClaw · AI app (MCP)

OpenClaw, working in Fliok

Add Fliok to OpenClaw as an MCP server with a scoped API key. OpenClaw runs in Telegram and other chat apps, so you can ask it about your chats from there.

What you can ask

Ask OpenClaw, in plain words

Examples, with sample data. The app does only what its tools allow and you approved.

  • “Show today’s unanswered chats”

Lists the WhatsApp chats waiting for a reply, and who each one is assigned to.

  • “Send the order-update template to this customer”

Sends an approved template from your own number, through the same checks as the inbox.

  • “Create a lead from this email”

Adds the lead with a name, number and source. A number you already have is never added twice.

  • “How many messages did we send this week?”

Reads message and conversation counts for the period from Fliok’s reports.

  3. 3Ask your OpenClaw assistant (in any of its chat apps) about your Fliok inbox.
How it signs inFliok API key

A workspace admin creates a Fliok API key with only the scopes the app needs; the app sends it with every call.

Good to know

  • It runs where you set the agent up; Fliok has no Telegram bot of its own.
  • A workspace admin creates the API key and picks its scopes; the app can do only what they allow.
  • Keep the key out of shared code and chats: anyone holding it can act in Fliok within its scopes.
  • No money moves through it: it cannot buy a plan, top up the wallet or change how you pay.
  • Messages it sends are ordinary WhatsApp messages: free-form text only inside the 24-hour window, a template outside it, and Meta’s charges as usual.
  • Everything the AI app does goes through the same permissions, plan limits, staff restrictions and audit trail as Fliok’s API.
  • What the AI app reads through Fliok is handled under that app’s own terms.

Questions about OpenClaw

Anything else, ask us.

How do I connect Fliok to OpenClaw?

Create a Fliok API key with the scopes your agent needs, then add Fliok to OpenClaw’s MCP servers with the address https://fliok.com/api/mcp and the key. The MCP guide has the exact configuration.

What can it do in Fliok?

What its tools allow, and only what you approved or gave the key. The tools cover these areas: Chats, Messages, Templates, Contacts, Sales CRM, Broadcasts, Invoices and bookings, Instagram, WhatsApp Pay, Reports, Team, Integrations, Webhooks, Plan and wallet (read only). The MCP guide lists every tool with the permission it needs.

Who can create the API key?

A workspace admin, in Fliok. Give the key only the scopes the app needs; it can never do more than the role it is made for.

Which plan do I need?

Pro and Enterprise: connecting an AI app uses the same developer features as Fliok’s REST API. Free and Basic don’t include them.

Can it spend money?

No money moves through it: it cannot buy a plan, top up the wallet or change how you pay. Meta’s charges for the WhatsApp messages it sends apply as usual.

How do I disconnect OpenClaw?

Revoke its API key in Fliok, under Settings → Integrations → AI apps or on the API keys page. OpenClaw can’t use the key after that.
