Error 132015: Template paused for low quality
Error 132015 means Meta paused the template because of low quality, judged from how recipients responded to it, so it cannot be sent for now. Edit the template to make it more useful, and send it again once Meta approves the edit.

Common causes
- Recipients blocked your number or reported the template after receiving it.
- It went to people who did not expect it.
How to fix it
- Edit the template to improve it, then wait for Meta to approve the edit.
- Send to people who opted in, and make it easy to opt out.
