Import contacts from a spreadsheet
Bring your customer list into Fliok from a CSV or Excel file: match the columns, tag everyone in the file, check it, and import. Numbers already in Fliok are updated, never duplicated.
Transcript
In this video, you'll import a list of customers from a spreadsheet into Fliok. Contacts are everyone you can message on WhatsApp. To add many at once, click Import. Choose a CSV or Excel file. Each row needs a phone number, with the country code. Fliok shows the columns it found in your file, and matches them to the right fields. Check each one, and change any that are wrong. Importing never marks anyone as opted in by itself. If your file records who agreed to hear from you, match that column to opt-in, like this one. You can also tag everyone in the file. It makes it easy to send this group a broadcast later. Click Next. Before saving anything, Fliok checks the file. Here, eleven people will be imported, and one row has a phone number that isn't valid, so it's skipped. Click Import. A number that's already in Fliok is updated, never duplicated. Your new contacts are in Fliok, and everyone from the file has the Diwali expo tag, ready for a broadcast. For more short guides, look for the Watch how button at the top of the page.
