Error 131026: Message undeliverable
Error 131026 means Meta could not deliver the message to that number. Usually the number is not on WhatsApp, the person has not accepted WhatsApp’s latest terms, or their WhatsApp app is out of date. Retrying will not help until something changes on their side.

Common causes
- The phone number is not registered on WhatsApp, or has a typo or a missing country code.
- The recipient has not accepted WhatsApp’s current Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- The recipient is using an old version of WhatsApp.
How to fix it
- Check the number, including the country code (+91 for India).
- Ask the customer, through another channel, to confirm the number is on WhatsApp and to update the app.
- Remove numbers that keep failing from your campaign lists.
