Error 133010: Phone number not registered
Error 133010 means the phone number has not been registered on the WhatsApp Business Platform. Register it first, then retry the request.

Common causes
- The number was added to the WhatsApp Business Account but never registered.
- The number was deregistered.
How to fix it
- Register the number on the platform, with its two-step verification PIN, then retry.
What Fliok does about it
- Fliok does not handle 133010 specially: a send that fails with it may be retried a few times before it is marked failed, and nothing will go until the number is registered.
Meta sets and changes these codes. If anything here disagrees with Meta’s current reference, Meta is right.
A number that was deregistered has to be registered again before it can send.
